Tuesday

My two most favorite people are sleeping soundly beside me and have been for hours.  I'm wrapping up a productive evening of work email and frankly, too tired to write much here tonight.  Today was our last full day with Alicia, Belinda (aka "Daisy" to Robert) and Gideon so we spent the day with them, going to the bank to further drain our bank accounts, to the craft market (which was pretty awesome) and grocery shopping. This evening our new friends Jon and Jenny from across the street invited us all over for dinner.  It was a great evening of hanging out, much laughter and grown-up conversation while the kids played in their oasis of a yard.

We are really going to miss Alicia and Belinda - they've been great friends to us but all their paperwork is together and it is time for them to go home and introduce this boy to the rest of his family.  Prayerfully, we too shall soon follow.
