When you ride the comet, how will you hoot?

If a picture is worth a thousand words, then there isn't much else to say about our day at the Embassy and the I.O.M. (Int'l Organization for Migration).  Except that for having to kill 5 hours in waiting rooms, our little fella did great.  The tuberculosis test though, well that was one full-blown hootenanny, complete with a patent pending, full-contact Daddy wrestling/restraint move.  Thankfully, he weathers those storms pretty well too.

So, on the way back home this afternoon, our mild mannered friend Hamza was pulling out into traffic when another driver cut him off and honked at us.  (Both seem to be quite common in the random absurdity that is Kampala traffic.)  Hamza hollered something out the window and Stella (our social worker) laughed out loud.  Thinking he might have cursed the other driver, I asked what he had said.  His answer?  "I only said, When you ride the comet, how will you hoot?"  I'm still not quite sure what this means, but I have a feeling that it is a question for the ages.  Worthy of a blog title, at least.

And in keeping with this post's formula of a picture > 1000 words, this ought to last you a while.  Molly and I are we are pleased to introduce you to the sweetest face - one that causes our hearts to explode on a daily basis.  Dear friends and family, meet Robert, our son.
